Renowned for their bold, improvisation‑rich performances, the Hilary Geddes Trio delivers music that blends jazz, indie and experimental influences, offering audiences an emotionally resonant experience driven by nuance, virtuosity and deep musical interplay.
Geddes is an award‑winning guitarist and composer who grew up in Griffith.
She is one of Australia’s most celebrated contemporary jazz musicians, having been named the 2021 Freedman Jazz Fellow and the recipient of the 2019 Jann Rutherford Memorial Award.
In recent years, Geddes has performed at major festivals and venues, including the Melbourne International Jazz Festival and the Art Gallery of NSW’s VOLUME festival, and supported US bass legend Marcus Miller at a sold‑out concert.
Joining Geddes on stage is Matt Harris and Max Alduca.
