Lions welcome new board

The evening was relaxed and enjoyable, with plenty of time for guests to mingle.

Certificates of Appreciation were presented to Lions Helpers Lylli, who is always a delight at our catering jobs, and to Heather McPhee and Gerda Leitermann, who support and assist the club whenever asked.

President Peter Ornsby will return for another year. In his address, he reflected on the past year, thanked members for their contributions, and shared his hopes for the next 12 months.

Peter also outlined key priorities for the year ahead, including strengthening connections with local community groups, providing support where needed, increasing membership, and retaining current members by offering a broad range of activities for everyone to enjoy.
