Shepparton police have charged a man, who was already on 12 counts of bail, with 17 new offences.
The 33-year-old man was found and arrested at his Shepparton home on Wednesday, June 10.
Police had been looking for the man in relation to a series of incidents around the Shepparton CBD over the past fortnight, including alleged thefts from businesses and a vehicle stolen from a residential property.
Police remanded the man in custody and charged him with burglary, criminal damage, theft of a motor vehicle, unlicensed driving, committing an indictable offence while on bail, contravene a conduct condition of bail, eight counts of theft and three counts of handling stolen goods.
He was granted bail on all charges at Shepparton Magistrates’ Court also on June 10.
He will face the same court again in August.
