The Eagles were held without score in the opening quarter, but didn’t allow Woorinen to establish much of an advantage, the visitor kicking only 1.4 to lead 10-0 at quarter time.
United got on the board in the second, kicking its first goal, and only lost the term by two points after Woorinen was also kept to one.

Trailing by just two majors, the Eagles were well in the game at the main break, but the Tigers broke clear in the third term, kicking four unanswered goals to soar into the lead, and closing out the game with another two in the fourth.
United got one more in the final quarter to eventually fall 8.8 (56) to 2.0 (12).

Harper Delamare and Jada Dennis were the goal-kickers for the Eagles and led the best-on list, joined by Jaz Milligan, Charlie Martin, Lily Dunham and Matilda Fowler.
Echuca United is winless through its first two fixtures in its new league, but hasn’t looked out of place in either matchup.
Having played two of the currently undefeated sides, the Eagles complete the set of three this Sunday when they head to Tannery Lane Recreation Reserve to battle the Strathfieldsaye Storm.
