The Rams sides will be well rested after having a club bye last weekend.
The Cats and Rams have already faced of once this year.
In the annual Good Friday clash, the Rams won bragging rights in five of the seven netball grades and three of the four football grades.
This included an epic six point win for the Rams senior footballers, to cap off the Good Friday fixture.
The Rams will be out to replicate those performances this weekend at Finley.
In their last match before the bye, against Mulwala, senior football coach John Fitzpatrick said the Rams showed what they’re capable of but couldn’t maintain the level for long enough.
“The Mul game was really good. We were really pleased with the effort.
“As everyone would’ve seen, we were leading at half time, but in the second half we couldn’t keep up the tempo.
“It didn’t help, we didn’t have the momentum.
“We also had some injuries, including Jake Herberte who came off with a concussion in the first quarter.
“Other than that, we were happy with the first half, but we ran out of legs in the second half of the game.”
Finley has won one game in the senior football to the Rams’ three wins this season, with Finley having lost two consecutive games by one point to both Numurkah and Moama ahead of this weekend.
This week, Fitzpatrick said he is preparing his side to face a Finley team out to make amends at home.
“We expect them to come out firing after we got them on Good Friday.
“They’re not tracking as well as they’d like to be, but we know we’re in for a tough day out at Finley. It always is when we head over there to play them.
“The way we’re tracking and the way they’re tracking, it should be a good game.”
Ahead of the weekend’s game, Fitzpatrick said he is working out how to best manage his team ahead of an injury affected affair.
“I do believe they’ve got a few injuries, and we’ve also got three out as a result of the Mulwala game.
“We’re scratching the barrel for players to get a team on the field.
“In terms of ins and outs we have a hamstring, concussion and a knee.
“We may have to look at bringing up one of our under-17s, but we’ll wait and see how everyone pulls up after training (held last night after the Pastoral Times went to print) and make the decision then.”
