The sport offering this weekend will be lighter than usual, with only football-netball clubs being in action, as other codes such as soccer and hockey won’t have local sides featuring.

In the Goulburn Valley League, Echuca faces Euroa at Moama Recreation Reserve on Saturday, senior football at 2pm being winnable for the Murray Bombers against the 11th-placed Magpies, while A-grade netball at 2.15pm is a highly-anticipated top-of-the-table clash.
The biggest local match-up this weekend is the second instalment of the Three Jacks Trophy clashes this season, where Echuca United and Moama face off at Echuca South Recreation Reserve on Saturday.
The senior football clash at 2pm is set to be a close battle between the ninth-placed Eagles and seventh-placed Magpies, while Moama will be heavily favoured in A-grade netball at 1.30pm against an Echuca United side that only won its first match last weekend.
Elsewhere, in the Murray league Tongala travels to Nathalia Recreation Reserve to take on Nathalia on Saturday, with the Blues looking to break a two-game rut in senior football at 2pm and aiming for the huge netball scalp of the league-leading Purples at 1.30pm.

In Heathcote District Football Netball League, Leitchville-Gunbower is up against White Hills on Saturday at White Hills Recreation Reserve, the Bombers eyeing three straight football wins at 2.20pm, while their netballers seek a first win since round two at 2.30pm.
Lockington-Bamawm United takes on Elmore at Elmore Recreation Reserve on Saturday, with both its sides looking to respond after heavy losses last time out, as senior football begins at 2.20pm and A-grade netball starts at 2.30pm.
Finally to Picola District Football Netball League, where Picola United will meet Barooga at Picola Recreation Reserve on Saturday, aiming to snap a three-game losing streak in senior football at 2.05pm, though the Blues can notch consecutive wins in A-grade netball at 1.30pm.
Elsewhere, both Mathoura sides again enter the weekend looking to break their respective winless starts to the season, taking on Katamatite at Katamatite Recreation Reserve on Saturday, with senior football beginning at 2.05pm and A-grade netball from 1.30pm.
On Sunday, Mathoura is hosting a fundraiser at Mathoura Recreation Reserve for the Fight MND Foundation, running from 1pm to 4pm, with various activities on offer and Big Freeze merchandise available to purchase.
