Dear Mum, it's a year since your passing but we haven't forgotten you. We miss you more than we thought we could. We have come to realise who you were and what you meant to us. I now understand the saying, "absence makes the heart grow fonder."

You taught me so much & you were a formidable Proverbs 31 woman- a trailblazer in its truest form, a pioneer and
a tenacious leader.
