From your early 3am starts (rain, hail or shine) riding your bike from home, to the long days spent cooking up a storm in the kitchen as our chef.
Your commitment never went unnoticed.
We will miss your witty jokes, the nicknames you gave every staff member, your smirky facial expressions and the sense of humour you carried right through to the end. You were truly one of a kind - not only loved by us, but the many customers whose lives you touched. You built genuine connections with everyone who walked through our doors, & your presence became a familiar and cherished part of the Jetty Road, Glenelg community where you were known
& deeply respected. Universally loved by all who knew you - family, friends, colleagues and customers - your legacy will live on in all of us.
