Michael passed away in his beloved Wife,

Thirza’s arms surrounded by Family.

Inspirational Husband, Father, Father-In-Law,

Uncle, Brother-In-Law and “Poppy” to all his

Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Born, raised and lived in Orrvale his entire life,

Michael spent a lifetime tending to the Family

orchard and gardens caring for the land

he loved.

A passionate golfer, bike rider and explorer, Mike

was always up for a challenge. His quiet

strength, humility, sense of humour, practical

wisdom and dedication to Family will be

remembered always.

Forever in our hearts.

A society grows great when old men plant trees

whose shade they know they shall never sit in.

The orchard and garden was his life, his Family

his greatest harvest.
