The Salesians of Don Bosco of the Australia-Pacific Province mark the passing to the Lord of Fr. John Prest on 10 October 2025 at St Joseph’s Home, Northcote. Born on 26 July 1941 in Essendon, professed on 31 January 1969 in Lysterfield and ordained a priest in Melbourne on 25 May 1975, Fr John worked tirelessly in our Province as a Rector, College principal and teacher. May he rest in peace.
