Born 12 September 1929 in Edinburgh to George Neil and Margaret Simpson Neil (nee Paterson).
Beloved wife of Donald Birtall Williams (deceased).
Stepmother of Sonya Kilpatrick and Deborah Seifert.
Mother of Ross Williams and Mark Williams (deceased).
Grandmother of Laurence and Miranda Williams.
Step grandmother of Michelle Thorn, Paul Kilpatrick (deceased), and Katerina Speight.
Step great grandmother of James and Matthew Thorn.
Maureen led a life of teaching and of service to God, and was loved by all who knew her.
