New look showroom to meet trade, retail needs

By Deniliquin Pastoral Times

Middy’s has been servicing the area since 1983, initially from Echuca and then from Deniliquin after the local branch opened in 1994.

To better meet customer needs, Middy’s Deniliquin has recently undergone a major showroom upgrade.

It now showcases new indoor and exterior lighting, pendant lighting, CCTV, smart living and a whole new range of stylish power points and switches to suit any décor.

The refurbishment also includes its warehouse, yard, external cladding, windows and doors.

Branch manager Stacey Rosendale said she was keen to pull in the retail market with the new lighting displays, and is eager to get the word out there that Middy’s services both the wholesale and retail markets.

“So far we have had wonderful feedback from customers who have come in to have a look at our new displays, which is fantastic,” she said.

“We want to try and keep local business local, so we have made sure we have a very extensive range to suit everyone’s tastes. It’s bright and it’s fresh and it looks amazing.’’

Middy’s is a passionate supporter of the Australian electrical industry and its ‘Don’t Risk It’ campaign.

The campaign is all about contractors spreading the message and making consumers aware of the need to take electrical work seriously, that all electrical products should be installed by a licensed electrician.

“We have a range of local electricians’ business cards in our Trade Directory for customers, so all their needs are covered,” Stacey said.

“If unsure, ask one of our friendly staff who will recommend a local electrician to assist you.”
