Navorina brought together residents, families, and supporters for a celebration of community, connection, and care at the autumn ball on Friday night.
The event, which began last year at Orana, will now alternate annually between the two aged care facilities, ensuring both communities share in the tradition.
Navorina’s communal space was transformed into a sparkling ballroom filled with laughter, music, and good company.
Guests enjoyed canapés and drinks, with champagne flowing and a lucky door prize adding to the excitement.
The atmosphere was warm and lively as everyone came together to celebrate the people who make these homes such special places.
Navorina CEO Melissa Bromley said the evening was all about celebrating the community.
“It's all about bringing the community together, having the residents and their families here, and they just love it."
Local musician Michael Hogan got people dancing, performing musics from a range of decades and genres.
Residents dressed in their best attire, with bow ties, three piece suits and elegant dresses tying the evening together.
