To help make the dog-mad toddler’s dream come true, the dedicated mum went to the community social media channels to request people to meet them with their pets or larger animal friends.
With a hope the community would show up, the family went for their Waring Gardens walk with a pocket full of doggy treats.
And while little Aurélie was not swarming in four legged-friends, the two pooches who came to meet her more than filler her heart.
“Aurélie loves dogs and all animals,” Bianca said.

“Dogs, cats, horses, sheep whichever.
“We have a dog, but for something special we thought if anyone wants to come to Waring Gardens and let Aurélie pat a dog, that would make her day.”
And even on short notice, the community came through.
“They were beautiful dogs, and just adorable.
“I think they were perfect dogs to come.”
The family were very appreciative of the kind-hearted assistance for the birthday.
Despite it being a chilly winter’s morning, Aurélie’s birthday outing with her older brother Felix, mum and dad Jonathan was heartwarming.
“It was special for her birthday; that’s all she wants.
“Her older brother Felix was also very excited and loves dogs as well.
“For those two together, it was very nice, as that’s what she likes.”
