Justine, who was with Peppin Insurance for 29 years, has recently relocated the business to 111-113 End Street, down a short lane that overlooks the Edward River.
Justine, and her experienced team are now in spacious new surrounds that enable them to provide even better service than the facilities within the Peppin Finance building.
Te'a Denbrok is the welcoming face you see as you enter the office.
Along with insurance agents Brenda Eames, Jackie Rayner and Jarryd Lowry, Justine Keech has a specialised team that can take care of all your personal, business and agribusiness insurance needs.
On September 30, the leased space within the Peppin Finance building the insurance team occupied expired, and Justine said that to save any confusion “we changed the name, but nothing else other than our address”.
“We maintain an excellent relationship with the Peppin group and we were very sorry to have to leave the same office space, but space was the deciding factor.”
As general insurance brokers, Yield Insurance has all of your insurance needs covered.
“We have been looking after the best interests of our clients for more than 20 years,” Justine said.
“We come from a rural community, which means we can’t afford to be complacent.
“Our ethic is simple, do the right thing by our client and for our client, every time.”
Justine said that in order to do that, Yield Insurance has to know its clients and understand how they do business.
“Most importantly, it means supporting our clients when they need us, through claims, business challenges and providing information to help their business grow and achieve their goals,” she said.
Yield insurance knows it is doing the right thing “when our clients regard us as a business partner - not just a service provider”, according to Justine.
