Two weeks after Lyn Short won herself a Singles Championship title, the bowlers will contest the Doubles Championship this Thursday.

Tennis season begins
The Deniliquin Lawn Tennis Club’s 10-week spring twilight competition begins on Wednesday, October 14.
The competition is a graded doubles competition, with men’s, women’s and mixed doubles.

The junior Hot Shots Community Play Program and Match Play seasons for 2026/27 begin on Saturday, October 24 and continues through to next year (but including a summer holidays break).
These programs are for children ages five and up.
Registration for all junior programs is $100 per player, which includes coaching, competition, balls and court fees.
