All three new incidents were reported on Thursday, and were in a similar region of west Deniliquin.
This leads police to believe all three are connected.
In Poictiers St, a set of keys was stolen from one of the cars parked outside the home and used to enter another at the property.
Personal items, including a nappy bag, were reported stolen.
At a Maher St home, CCTV footage taken about 4.30am Thursday shows a man entering a shed with something in his hand, which police believe to be a jerry can.
He was reportedly seen picking up a few items before leaving again.
The occupant of another Maher St home reported finding an abandoned jerry can later in the day, which has been recovered for forensic testing.
At yet another Maher St property, a Webber barbecue has been reported missing from the front porch.
Five similar incidents were reported to police last week, with three west Deniliquin homes and cars targeted.
Police are also investigating break-ins at the north Deniliquin storage sheds and the Deni Car-O-Tel in east Deniliquin.
