Toy Run returns for 42nd year

It will once again feature a display of motorcycles and vintage vehicles, and a trailer for the collection of donated toys.

Now in its 42nd year, the toy run continues a tradition established by local riders and honours the memory of Marc Kingston, who played a major role in coordinating the event during its early years.

Organisers are encouraging community members to donate new toys, which will be distributed locally.

This year, the riders are partnering with St Vincent de Paul Deniliquin, and extended their sincere appreciation to The Deniliquin Salvation Army for the support it provided over many years.

With cost-of-living pressures continuing to affect many households, organisers are hoping the community will once again rally behind the event to help make Christmas a little brighter for local children and families.
