It was a terrific contest played in great spirit by both teams.

C-grade
C-grade continued to produce exciting football filled with teamwork and enthusiasm.
Although C1 went down 2-0, there was plenty to applaud.
Every player showed outstanding determination, supported one another throughout the game and never stopped trying.
Most importantly, they walked off the field smiling after another enjoyable morning of football.
Congratulations also to Ted Pisasale, who was awarded this week’s Sportsperson Award.

Riley scored a brilliant goal, while Ruby Allitt enjoyed her best game of the season. Yellow’s determination and sharp skills ensured they earned a well-deserved draw.
Kangas and Joeys
Despite a smaller group due to winter illness, our Kangas and Joeys enjoyed another fun-filled morning learning new skills and growing in confidence.
After completing a range of drills and activities, the players put their new skills into practice during two short halves, with teamwork improving every week.
The game finished in a draw, but the biggest winners were the smiling faces and growing confidence shown by every child.
Good Luck in Griffith!
