We started really well with strength and composure, but Numurkah controlled the game with tempo and capitalised on every moment.
Despite missing a few of our key players, it was great to be able to bring in some of our juniors.
Hannah McBurnie shone again in defence and is combining really well with seasoned A-grader Emma Parks.
After making her A-grade debut for the club last week, Arabella Bliss was injected into the midcourt and did not look out of place.
Ava Marshall is honing her skills in WD, which every netballer knows is the most difficult but also the most integral position on the court.
Phoebe Newman has become an A-grade staple this season and just gets better every week.
Sienna Elphick, one of our newest club people, is getting some court time, which is great preparation for moving into senior netball next season.
Zoe Circuitt also spent some time in the midcourt. Like Phoebe, this is a new place for her, but the exposure will only benefit her netball going forward.
