Players will make the 2.5 hour trip to Castlemaine to take on Castlemaine Gold, with kick off at 11am.
Gold currently sit in fourth on the competition latter, with Deni sixth, just behind Castlemaine Green.
With these the final games of the season dead rubbers, Wanderers said the next fortnight will decide their season.
“We need the next two games to be wins if we hope to play finals,” Wanderers goalkeeper Matthew Crothers said.
“We’ll be trying to get as many as we can to training ahead of it.
“The next two games are very much do‑or‑die.”
Deni and Gold last met in Deniliquin, and ended in a draw.
In that match, an early red card saw Deni play with 10 men and Castlemaine scored from a penalty goal.
This time around, the Wanderers believe they can come away with a win.
“We had a few outs that day, who will all be back and available,” Crothers said.
“I am very much hoping for a win.”
