Members, families, friends and supporters gathered by the river for a relaxed evening barbecue, enjoying good company while reflecting on a fantastic season of racing, training and club participation.

Awards were presented to acknowledge dedication, improvement and outstanding performances during the season. Congratulations went to the following recipients:
Best First Year Junior Female – Alexandra Mok
Best First Year Junior Male – Jack Small
Best First Season Junior Male – Jack Priest
Most Improved Junior Male – Angus Priest
Most Improved Senior Female – Liz Dowell

The club also thanked the many volunteers, parents and supporters who helped throughout the season, with members acknowledging that the club would not run without their ongoing support and assistance.
Preparations are already under way for the new season, which begins in the first week of November, with new members always welcome.
The club encourages anyone interested in swimming, cycling or running to consider giving triathlon a try next summer, whether for fitness, competition or simply to enjoy the social side of the sport.
