The players maintained strong momentum throughout the match, applying pressure across the court and capitalising on opportunities in both attack and defence.
The team adapted well to various new combinations in both the attacking and defensive ends.
Changes in rotations were handled confidently, with every player stepping into their role and maintaining the structure and flow of the game.
The attacking unit worked patiently and effectively to create scoring opportunities, while the defensive combinations communicated well and applied relentless pressure to force turnovers and disrupt the opposition’s rhythm.
The team was driven by a strong and tireless mid-court presence, which provided valuable connection between defence and attack all game.

A strong performance this week against Berrigan.
It was a close first quarter, but the girls continued to build throughout the game, lifting the pressure and creating plenty of turnovers across the court.
Brittany Edwards, Elly Blake and Taylor Wilkinson were dominant in the goal ring, working beautifully together and converting opportunities with confidence.
Through the mid-court, Abby Whitehorn and Montana Leetham provided calm and steady movement, working tirelessly to bring the ball down from the defensive end and link beautifully into attack.
Another fantastic team effort with everyone contributing, applying pressure and working hard for each other.

The start of the game was a bit slow, and it was a very close game going goal for goal with Berrigan.
The second half of the game the girls came out roaring ready to put some goals between us and Berrigan.
Their intensity lifted immediately, with everyone stepping up and working hard for each other across the court.
The team picked up every loose ball and was always there to back one another up, showing great teamwork and communication throughout the game.
Strong defensive pressure from everyone made it difficult for Berrigan to settle, while consistent and accurate passing helped transition the ball smoothly down the court.
There were also plenty of impressive intercepts, which the shooters were able to convert into valuable goals.
The determination, effort, and support shown by the whole team made for an outstanding second-half performance and a great overall game.

The under-17s embraced a fresh voice and direction this week from Grant and Britt, hitting the court full of confidence and energy from the first whistle.
With a strong focus on structure and balanced court play, the girls transitioned seamlessly through every passage of play.
Relentless hands-over pressure forced crucial turnovers, and the shooting end made every opportunity count.
Our mid-court worked tirelessly with quick feet and sharp leads, while the defenders applied intense pressure all game long.
Down the other end, the goal ring continues to grow stronger each week, finding great body position and balance to convert under pressure.
The combination of grit, teamwork, and composure saw the girls surge ahead and build an impressive lead.
Most pleasing of all was the way they embraced feedback throughout the day and backed each other every step of the way.

Our under-15s produced another well-balanced and disciplined performance against Berrigan this week, demonstrating strong teamwork and consistency across all four quarters.
A major focus throughout the game was maintaining positive communication and strong body positioning in every contest, with the girls executing this extremely well.
Our mid-court applied excellent timing and angle on their front cuts, creating clear attacking options through transition.
Defensively, the circle defenders displayed controlled footwork and strong positioning to contest the ball effectively and limit second-phase play.
The shooting end worked hard to establish body position early and hold strong space in the ring, allowing for safer and more effective delivery into the circle.
Full-court defensive pressure was a standout throughout the match, forcing multiple turnovers each quarter through consistent accountability and disciplined one-on-one defence.
It was extremely pleasing to see so many key training focuses transferred into match play, with the girls showing strong composure, structure and intent across the court

The under-13s Rovers have successfully scored another win, defeating Berrigan.
With a focus on strong passes, clear drives and effective decision making, the girls were dominant on the court and had significant control over the pace and movement of the game.
A big shout out and congratulations to Indie Bulmer stepping up from the under-11s.
She was offered effective passes and constantly worked to out-pace her opponents, her impact on the court was exceptional to watch.
With the girls taking a strong lead in the first half, they took the opportunity to try some unique and new player combinations.
Isabella Goodear, Peggy O’Donnell and Khoa Unwin all successfully put up goals for the Rovers for the first time this season.
Sophie and Harper Bulmer took Centre position by the reigns, switching between attacking drives and tight defence with improving ease.
Indi Conallin, Laila White and Pallas East dictated across the defensive end to put tight pressure on their opponents.
A great opportunity taken by the girls to build their repertoire across the court, seeing success across all areas of play.

The girls showed great sportsmanship and determination from the very beginning of the game.
They displayed excellent control with the ball and moved it sharply down the court with confident passing and teamwork.
Their rebounding was a huge highlight, with the girls working hard to win back possession and create opportunities.
We were super proud of the way they were able to convert those turnovers into goals and reward themselves for their effort across the court.

Saturday saw our youngest and future netballers take to the court, with many playing their very first game for the club, and what a fantastic effort they produced.
The team included the daughters of senior netballers Britt Edwards, Nat Sampson and Britt Kirby, already showing the same athletic ability, tenacity and passion for the game as their mums.
The future of the club is certainly looking bright.
The Minis came out firing from the very first whistle, creating plenty of turnovers and converting them into goals.
Their confidence, determination and enthusiasm set the tone for an exciting game from the beginning.
It was wonderful to see the girls support one another and play with such energy and enjoyment.
We are incredibly proud of all the girls and the way they represented the club.
