It was a tough day at the office for Deni, against the benchmark side of the competition.

Despite periods of effort and determination, we were unable to stem any of the flow.
There is plenty of work to do, and the challenge now is to respond positively, focus on the areas we can improve, and bring greater belief and consistency to our game in the weeks ahead.

Fourths
The Deniliquin Rams’ under-14s delivered a terrific performance against the unbeaten Cobram side, despite going down in wet and physical conditions.
Despite trailing at quarter time, the Rams' effort never wavered.
Their pressure and determination help them to draw level at half time, and take the lead at three-quarter time.
Cobram finished strongly, but the Rams can be proud of their efforts.
Rocky Sztejman starred in the midfield, Tom Dudley was strong in defence, Angus Henderson provided drive from halfback, Kade Golds worked tirelessly on the wing, Jono Moorse battled hard in the ruck, and Will Crossley presented well up forward.
It was a courageous team effort that all 21 players should be proud of.

Under-12s
The Rams produced a dominant performance to defeat Echuca Murray Bombers by 37 points.
The Rams controlled the game from start to finish, creating numerous scoring opportunities.
While their accuracy in front of goal could have been better, their consistent pressure and strong teamwork ensured they remained in command throughout the contest.
The Bombers fought hard and managed to score 1.0 (6), but struggled to generate enough attack.

Under-10s
In cold, wet and windy conditions, the Deni Rams travelled to take on Moama Magpies White.
The tough weather made for congested football early, with both teams working hard around the contest.
Despite the challenging conditions, Mason Elphick and Max Woolston were consistent performers through the midfield, showing plenty of determination and strength on the ball.
Up forward, Asher Parsons showcased his talent, kicking what was undoubtedly the goal of the game.
Jax Hall continued his impressive season, once again displaying his strength and development with another consistent performance.
Friday night also marked the Spirit of Football Round, which encourages players to embody the true essence of footy through respect, sportsmanship and teamwork.
Congratulations to Willy Eastman, who was the deserving recipient of the award.
